How we decide
We look at the appliance’s age and condition, the nature of the fault, and whether repair is likely to deliver a reliable long-term result. If repair makes sense, we arrange it. If it doesn’t, we look at replacement. We use professional judgement rather than a fixed rulebook, and we explain our reasoning before any work begins.

When repair is the right outcome, it’s normally arranged at no extra cost beyond your subscription. We use approved engineers and quality parts to deliver a reliable result.
Replacement
When repair isn’t the right answer, we normally offer a free standard replacement. If you’d prefer a specific model or an upgrade, you can choose to contribute the difference and we’ll help you find the right option.

- Are repairs included?

- What about replacement?
If repair isn’t the right answer, three options are normally offered: free standard, like-for-like, or upgrade. If you want like-for-like or an upgrade, you can choose to contribute.
